Darren answered that, unlike how mainstream media have framed the divisive RTO narrative, many large companies settle on the workplace gathering arrangements that work best for them.

And, for some large enterprises, that may lean on Return to Office.

However, he believes that smaller companies, ones that don't have the legacy systems of large [25,000-employee] enterprises, may be where experimentation with workplace design offers the greatest employee experience outcomes.
