This is great training for anyone with foot or ankle issues, ankle alignment, or heal ankle pain: Sprains, strains and also for people with working to heal whiplash or neck alignment issues. Also helpful if you have chronic foot pain or arthritis-- to reduce strain on ankle joint.
This video is an Ankle Stability lesson - Part 2 to improve alignment of ankle with knee and hip joints for sturdy balance. You can do this lesson before Part 1, but is slightly more advanced. *Make sure if you have severe pain, sprain, strain, unstable ankles or active swelling to check with provider to rule out fracture or broken bone.
You will need a tennis ball or smaller ball placed under one foot in the very back of your arch, under the ankle joint. You will need a flat chair or bench for sitting.
