Matar ki barfi is a delicious Indian Sweet made using Green Peas. It is a simple recipe to make and does not take too much of your effort. The addition of dry fruits in the burfi enhances the flavour of the sweet.

⬛️Ingredients
◼️1 cup (500 gms)Matar (Green Peas)
◼️3 tbsp Ghee
◼️1 cup Milk (250ml)
◼️1/2 cup Sugar
◼️1/2 cup Desiccated Coconut (Nariyal ka burada)
◼️1 tsp Cardamom Powder
◼️2-3 drops Green Food Colour (Optional)
◼️1 cup Mawa or Milk Powder ◼️Some Dryfruits
