The gantry machine and two robot-based systems at the end are owned Electroimpact and used to do process development, build prototype parts for aerostructure programs, and perform material testing.

System 1: Full-Scale Composite Layup Demo Gantry
•For large scale demo and prototype wing skins and spars fuselage sections.
•X =24.5m, Y = 7.5m, Z = 2.1m, C-prime= Infinite, A = ± 92°, B = ± 15°C = Infinite

System 2: Composite Robot Systems
•10.5m X-axis travel, with Siemens, Controlled High accuracy robotic arm with large part rotator and coupon table.
•8x1/4”AFP Head

System 3: High Accuracy Robotic Materials Test bench (In Operation)
•Dedicated system for head buy off and material testing
