Mini Bundt cakes infused with Biscoff flavor

Topping
• whipped cream cheese frosting (piped generously)
• 2–3 Biscoff cookies, crushed for garnish
• 2 tbsp melted cookie butter, for drizzling
Method
1. Prep: Heat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a mini Bundt pan,
2. Dry mix: Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and crushed Biscoff cookies.
3. Wet mix: In another bowl, whisk egg, milk, melted butter, and vanilla until smooth.
4. Combine: Stir wet into dry until just combined. Don’t overmix.
5. Bake: Scoop evenly into molds, filling about ¾ full. Bake 18–20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
6. Cool: Let sit in the pan 4 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack.
7. Decorate: Once cool, pipe frosting generously on top, drizzle cookie butter, and sprinkle crushed cookies. Add half a Biscoff cookie into each for garnish.
