Описание: Public sector unions are in the Labour Court after rejecting government's settlement offer. The Department of Public Services and Administration wants the legal battle postponed to the 1st of February so that parties could perhaps discuss a settlement.. Government announced earlier this year that it would not implement the final year of the 2018 wage agreement for public servants, due to a lack of funds. Now, our business reporter, Wandiswa Ntengento was outside the Labour Court in Braamfontein where members of SAFTU and NUPSAW are demonstrating.
