The aim of this exercise is to strengthen the deep abdominal muscles and improve postural position on a dynamic surface.
Instructions: Knees on foam cylinder. Both forearms on the ball. 90 degree angle between arms and torso. Strengthen one leg to the rear and gradually disconnect the knees slightly from the cylinder. It is best to begin the exercise gradually and in the first stage not to disconnect the second knee.
Main points: It is important to perform the exercise after the exerciser has mastered the technique and knows how to stabilize the pelvis. In case of faulty stabilization and compensations such as increased kyphosis or lordosis, it is best to avoid the exercise and perform a simpler version as explained in the previous exercises.
