About the Ruhls - We live life in the fast lane with 4 kids all 4 years and younger. Nina is a stay at home mom and Joe works full time at his family business. We created Follow the Ruhls to bring everyone into our daily grind and roller coaster of raising 4 young kids while still trying to keep all jobs on track. We want to be able to grow with the community and need your help!

In the midst everything, we founded the Kid-Tucky Derby, an official 501c3 nonprofit charity, which raised $12K for Children's Mercy Hospital in the 1st year We hope to help grow this total every year to give back to children's hospitals and organizations. Next year will be bigger and better.
