Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the following requirements:

Maximum age limit: 26 years
Minimum CGPA of 2.50 or equivalent in the relevant degree
First Division (60% or above) in academic qualification where CGPA is not applicable
Candidates must have completed 16 years of education
Only candidates with final results announced on or before June 30, 2026 are eligible
Foreign degree holders must provide an Equivalence Certificate
Any candidate found ineligible at any stage will be disqualified
Selection & Training Process
Candidates will go through a written test conducted by IBA Karachi
Shortlisted candidates will be invited for test/interview (TA/DA not admissible)
Selected candidates will be enrolled in a structured one-year training program
Upon successful completion, candidates will be offered full-time contractual employment
