🪔 On the auspicious occasion of Diwali, Open Book Foundation lit up with joy, enthusiasm, and heartfelt celebrations. The event began with an inspiring message from one of our teachers, who spoke about the foundation’s mission — providing free education, teaching Indian culture and values, helping children overcome smartphone addiction, and nurturing awareness about our nation’s festivals and traditions.

👴 The founder, Dr. Shri Nandan Yadav, shared his thoughts and blessings with the children. At 85 years of age, he expressed how the foundation and its students give him purpose and motivation even after retirement. He emphasised that personal hygiene and holistic growth are at the core of Open Book Foundation’s values and that his dream will be fulfilled if even a few students achieve great success in life.

📜 The day continued with engaging performances — a touching poem on Diwali recited by student Baadal, followed by energetic and graceful dance performances by the children on songs like “Udi Udi Jaye,” “Chogada,” “Nagada Sang Dhol,” and “Rangilo Maro Dholna.” The entire celebration was filled with color, rhythm, and festive spirit.

🎁 The celebration concluded with the distribution of snacks, chips, and gifts among the children, leaving everyone smiling and filled with festive warmth.
