Hey y'all!
In my first video (recorded a few months ago) on the channel I'll show you how to QUICKLY and EASILY replace the thermostat in your car, truck, or SUV! The thermostat is a valve that opens and closes based on the coolant temperature circulating between the engine and the radiator. When the car is cold the thermostat is closed to stop coolant from flowing through the radiator. This allows the engine to warm up faster. As it warms up the thermostat slowly opens to allow coolant to flow through the engine and keep it a stable operating temperature.
Some symptoms of a bad thermostat include:
-Overheating
-Underheating
-Coolant Leaks (worn thermostat gasket)
