3. Beginner-friendly.

4. Massive online community for help.

Cons
1. UI is not the best.
2. Faces random crashes on Mac sometimes.
3. Mics plugged in after Audacity has been launched are not recognized.

Logic Pro X

Pros
1. Works like a charm on Mac
2. Feature rich, and has a variety of plugins (that are shipped with Logic Pro X, there’s over 60GB of additional assets you get with LPX)
3. You can Control over singular notes as well, if needed.
4. Has a ton of tutorials.

Cons:
1. Mac only
2. Quite expensive at $199
3. Can be overwhelming if you’ve never used Garageband before.
