Deadly Pakistan Blast Ratchets Up India Tensions

Описание: Deadly explosions in the capitals of India and Pakistan within 24 hours of each other killed at least 20 people and injured several others, stoking fears of renewed tensions between the nuclear-armed neighbors.

Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi vowed to hold the “conspirators” behind the New Delhi blast accountable but stopped short of naming suspects or labeling the explosion a terrorist attack.
