I installed Need For Speed Most Wanted Redux V3, then install Plak Graphics Ultimate Edition on top of the Redux. As for the gameplay changes you can increase the amount of racers, traffic, and cops using Zolika1351's Limit Adjuster

Mod to Increase Racer Opponents, Cops, and Traffic:
Zolika1351's Most Wanted Limit Adjuster

Changes i made to the game:
AI Racers have 200% acceleration (vltEdit)
Increased the amount of opponents to 11 (Zolika's Limit Adjuster)
Increase the amount of maximum active traffic to 127 (Zolika's Limit Adjuster)
Cars will roll more (like Need For Speed Pro Street physics) (vltEdit)
Racers can get totaled in every game mode (including the player) (vltEdit)
Knockout races now have 5 laps, which makes the mode the hardest game mode in the entire game (vltEdit)
All races will have cops, except Blacklist Rival Challenge races (vltEdit)
Force the game to always have 10 active cops, new cops will spawn nearby if there are less than 10 active cops (Zolika's Limit Adjuster)
Cops can spawn roadblocks starting from heat 1, and SUVs on higher heat levels during races (NFSMW Extra Options)

I know this is impossible, but i would love to see an official Remaster or Remake of NFS Most Wanted one day, because i genuinely think this is one of the best arcade racing games out there
