Immediately after this I got a 19:47.193 :p

Things I could have done better:
1. Since I didn't go for the vest, I didn't need the wallet.
2. I could have saved in more strategic spots to prevent the need for doubling back
3. If I'm fast enough, I don't even need 1499 since I could have escaped without 106 ever even spawning
4. Obviously the S-Nav was a major screw-up
5. Didn't need to go into 939 tunnels, I could have 1:1'd the white hand into a black hand and I didn't even use the Night Vis
