The workout we did - which you can do anywhere without equipment:

Anyways It goes like this:
Run 1 mile before and after
Do 100 push ups
Do 200 sit ups
Do 300 squats
Decide if you do them all in one cluster or if you divide them into a 10 set or 10+20+30 kind of way.
Put your willpower on and get sweaty.

The Rice Krispie Treat:
70g butter
400g Mini marshmallows (+20g)
130g Rice Krispies
14 ores (+ 9 for topping if you would like)

I just melted the butter and the mini marshmallows together on medium to high heat to make them become a smooth batter.
Added the Rice Krispies and the the 14 (crushed) Oreos into the mix + those 20 g extra marshmallows .
Placed them in a tin and place them 1 hour in the fridge.
Enjoy!
(I used a tin size that was 8x8”)
