If you want a workout that builds strength, power, and control without overcomplicating things, BRUTALITY is exactly that. Three rounds of the same clean–press–overhead lunge combo, each one heavier and a little longer. You learn how your body responds under load and how your technique holds up as fatigue sets in.
You perform one rep of the combo every round — simple structure, serious demand.
The final 10-minute AMRAP is where the mental game kicks in. Your shoulders, legs, and core are already working hard, and now you’ve got to stay sharp and keep moving. This is where you find out how consistent you can be under real fatigue.
