The interview is an integral and important part of competitive examination. In CSS the final interview carries 300 marks while in PMS final interview carries 200 marks. The marks in CSS, PMS interview is determining factor in allocation to the ones desired group such PAS, PSP, or Foreign Service of Pakistan.
Therefore, Students are advised to make the most out of it and prepare diligently for this. CSS and PMS interview comprised of two major parts: Psychological interview and final panel interview.
In the Psychological part students perform various written and oral tasks such as group discussions, IQ tests, General aptitude tests, command tasks, and then psychological interviews.
Mock Interviews are a good way for getting a good score in the final interview in front of the Fpsc panel or PPSC Panel.
