Having the idea from seeing large quantities of crocodiles gathering for sunbathing, I thought to myself perhaps Spinosaurus could have exhibited similar behaviors. They are often depicted as solitary animal in paleo media, but the sheer size difference in adult and juvenile suggests to me Spinosaurus may have been very vulnerable to other large carnivores, which the Kem Kem formation had no shortage of, through out its life span and only become near untouchable once it is fully grown. Therefor Spinosaurus of various age and sizes may have gather in large groups, seeking safety from their numbers and the largest individuals in the herd. This video is my attempt at recreating this idea in #blender , using my latest #spinosaurus model.
