Today we visit Croce’s on Delsea in Glassboro, New Jersey, after a recommendation from one of our awesome subscribers — and wow, were they right!
Croce’s is a family-run Italian market and kitchen, carrying on the tradition of homemade pasta, sauces, and prepared foods started by Joe Croce back in 1990 in Cherry Hill. Now, his son Rob Croce is expanding the legacy to South Jersey.
We try their famous tomato pie (watch us go behind the scenes to see how it’s made!) and their signature sandwich — “The Croce” — a vodka chicken parm masterpiece. It was a gorgeous day, so we grabbed a table on their beautiful deck and soaked in the warm welcome from the staff and Rob himself.
