A ballet Plié jump is a great way to get stronger 💪
Begin with your feet in first position (heels together, toes turned out) and perform a demi-plié (a partial bend of the knees). From this position, use the plié as a spring to jump upwards, extending the legs and pointing the toes in the air. Land softly back into a demi-plié, absorbing the impact with the legs! How many can you do?
