How it's made
Whip the foam: Combine equal parts instant coffee, sugar, and hot water in a bowl. Whisk or beat the mixture until it becomes light, creamy, and forms stiff peaks. This can be done by hand, with an electric mixer, or in a jar.
Prepare the base: Fill a glass with cold milk and ice, or with hot milk for a warm version.
Combine: Spoon the whipped coffee foam on top of the milk.
