Village Cooking in Snow ❄️ | Stone Oven Chicken Wings & Drumettes

Описание: The day started cold but sunny, and suddenly snow began to fall ❄️
It stopped and started again and again, turning the village into a beautiful winter scene.
I truly love snowy days, and I never want to miss even one second of them.
I enjoy being outside, watching the snow, and living the calm village life.
In this video, I prepare chicken wings and drumettes using traditional village cooking methods.
I separated the wings and drumettes, then made a simple rural marinade using yogurt, tomato paste, garlic, parsley, coriander, salt, black pepper, turmeric, and olive oil.
The chicken was left to marinate for about one hour so the flavors could fully soak in.
After marinating, I cooked the chicken in my stone oven for about one and a half hours, slowly roasting it until golden and flavorful.
I also sliced fresh potatoes, coated them with the same marinade, and baked them in the stone oven alongside the chicken.
This video shows Village Cooking in Snow, combining traditional rural food, stone oven cooking, and peaceful rural life in winter.
