A middle - aged man, on a break from a normal day, is speaking with his mother on the phone when a stranger appears and announces to him some unexpected and terrible news that will change him and his sense of reality in a tragicomic way.

Born and raised in Athens where he still lives,Themos Skandamis studied English Literature and Theatre in Athens. As a performer, composer and writer has worked on fiction and narrative through theatre and song since 2006. He wrote music and lyrichs on seleral music albums and has written music for theatre and art performances. "Womb" is his first short film.
