Описание: SA Water's Customer Service Centre plays a vital role in serving our customers. On average the Centre receives in excess of 495,000 calls each year from customers and the community relating to bills, payment extensions, service faults and emergencies.

Each year, the Customer Service Centre also manages 35,000 customer emails, 12,500 letter responses and 36,000 customer transactions at our front counter in SA Water House, Adelaide.
