As known, wired connections are always faster than wireless. However, you must be knowing, how convenient it is to connect your devices to your JioFiber Home Gateway using Wi-Fi.

But, did you know that the strength of your Wi-Fi signal has a direct effect on the internet speed of your devices? The weaker the Wi-Fi signal, the slower will be your speed. To put things into perspective, think you’re having a conversation with another person. If you're in the same room, you can hear each other clearly but let's say one of you walks down the hall, now since you are far from each other, it will be difficult to keep the conversation going. The same principle applies here as well. As you move away from your Wi-Fi Gateway, your Wi-Fi signal gets weaker.
