Первые впечатления о Шри-Ланке 😲 Коломбо меня полностью удивил

Описание: In this video, we’ve just landed in Sri Lanka for the very first time—and we’re jumping right into the vibrant capital city of Colombo! Our adventure kicks off in the city’s colonial heart, where we check out the historic Colombo Lighthouse (which also doubles as a clocktower), the iconic Cargills building, and the beautifully restored Dutch Hospital Precinct, now home to shops and restaurants.

From there, we hop into a tuk tuk and head straight into the beautiful madness of Pettah Market—a sensory overload of sights, sounds, and people. We then make our way to Galle Face Green, a massive urban park right on the ocean, and check out the local beach scene.

Feeling hungry, we stop at Samuel 7 restaurant to try our very first Sri Lankan dish: Chicken Koththu! This street food favorite is a chopped-up mix of roti, chicken, spices, and veggies—total comfort food and seriously delicious.

We finish off the day with a visit to the serene Gangaramaya Temple, then head to Colombo City Centre Mall, where our hotel, the Courtyard by Marriott, is conveniently located. It’s got a rooftop pool, amazing views, and is attached right to the mall—super handy!
