Описание: A former lawyer, Ms Anita Fam is a full-time volunteer who has been actively involved in the social service sector for over 20 years, contributing both at the charity and national levels in the areas of disability, palliative care, healthcare and mental health.

Ms Fam currently serves as President of NCSS, Chairman of the Inmates’ Family Support Fund and Vice Chairman of the Board of Visiting Justices & Board of Inspection. She also sits on various boards and committees, including the Institute of Mental Health, Lien Foundation, SG Cares Steering Committee, Catholic Health Care Asia, and the Public Service Commission’s Disciplinary Panel of Persons.

As NCSS President, Ms Fam demonstrates exceptional leadership skills, provides strategic guidance on NCSS' forward directions and leads the organisation to drive progress in the social service sector. She actively champions key values as such Conviction, Confidence, Collaboration and Connections. Her openness about the successes and challenges faced both personally and by the social service sector over the years inspires staff, the management team as well as her fellow Board Members.

In addition, Ms Fam regularly engages NCSS staff and management, fostering an environment where diverse perspectives are valued and heard.
