Welcome to my live Tai Chi practice space.
In these live sessions, we practice gentle stretching, meditation, and Tai Chi basics to help relax the body, calm the mind, and improve balance and well-being.
The gentle stretches may include movements inspired by yoga to help open the joints and prepare the body for Tai Chi practice.
These sessions are suitable for all ages and experience levels. Please move at your own pace and listen to your body.
