Changing the drive sprockets and bearings on the front and rear of old Ski Doo Snowmobiles is one of the first steps to getting them back on the snow. The sprockets become brittle over the years are usually one ride away from breaking if you pick up a vintage rider that has sat for any length of time. Don’t get stranded in your yard or miles from home and take the time to change these out.
This specific snowmobile is a 1969 Ski Doo Olympique with a 318cc electric start that was in great condition so we aren’t wasting time with a full restore hoping to get it back on the snow this winter and teaching my sons along the way.
