At Shikhar Travels, he gained exposure to various adventure activities, including climbing expeditions, trans-Himalayan treks, and cycling expeditions.

Transition to Tiger Tops Mountains: Mr. Singh later joined Tiger Tops Mountains, an iconic company in the adventure world known for starting lodges and commercial wildlife tours in the 1960s. He worked with them for 11 years.

Asia Trip Leader and Pioneer in Rafting: He became the Asia Trip Leader for Geographic Expeditions, Wilderness Travel, and Overseas Adventure Travel. Tiger Tops was also a pioneer in introducing commercial trekking and was the first company to introduce rafting in India and Nepal, including the first raft in Zanskar.
