After all the surface finish testing we did on Wednesday, we wanted to mill another Titan-4M. Like last time, we used a generic ¼” end mill to remove the material on this micro design. But this time, we used the 1/8” 5-flute end mill from Harvey Tool for the Titan-4M’s walls and the ⅛” 3-flute end mill for the facing. And it came off the Bantam Tools Desktop PCB Milling Machine looking pretty sleek–and shiny! ----
