Presenting FeetUp, the first inversion or headstand yoga chair invented!

This is a super versatile yoga prop! At first created to help people with cervical compression and beginners to understand foundations of inverted poses in yoga. However, it can also be used to deepen your forward fold, backbend, twist and even arm balance practice! From drills and exercises to strengthen your core, shoulders and much more!

Over the next few months, I will present you some ideas on how you can use your FeetUp to improve your overall practice.

THIS VIDEO is a 15 minute warm up exercise. Before doing any specific drill from this series, make sure to warm up your body properly! Keep your practice safe! Option is to warm up with any other cardio exercise or regular yoga flow.
