Recorded from the 3rd row. I bought my ticket for this show in January 2020, before the pandemic derailed life as we knew it. Three years and six months later, I finally got to see this band live for the first time, two days before my 40th birthday.
MB20 is a band that has been with me since I was a young teen back in the '90s. Hearing their songs on the radio was part of my growing up, especially on long car rides during the summer... But it wasn't until the summer of '99 and a song called "Smooth" that I really got into Rob Thomas and his music. The release of "Bent" and the album Mad Season a year later sealed it for me, and I've been a MB20 fan ever since.
Finally getting to see them live after 20+ years was a dream come true, and they didn't disappoint... Rob still sounds amazing live, and they pretty much played all my favorite songs! Well worth the wait. :)
