Ingredients:
1 kg chicken feet
1/2 cup Vinegar
1/2 cup Soy sauce
1 tsp black pepper
3 cloves garlic
2 medium onion
Ginger
Chili (optional)
Procedure:
1. Boil the chicken feet for 30 minutes and set aside the broth
2. Sautee the onion, garlic, chili and ginger and add the chicken feet.
3. Add soy sauce,vinegar, black pepper. Cover
4. Add 1 cup of chicken broth. Cover and bring to a boil.
5. Stir occasionally. Simmer for 5 minutes in low fire.
6. Serve.
