The Mutants decide Castle Plun-Darr needs a “feminine touch” and set out to capture natives of Third Earth. Willa of the Warrior Maidens is introduced, and she and her sister Nayda successfully fend off Monkian, though both remain wary of the newcomers—the ThunderCats and the Mutants alike. Meanwhile, Lion-O takes the ThunderTank out for a brief joyride, while Tygra searches for Thundrylium in a mysterious cave and begins aging at an alarmingly rapid pace.
