This is a world-first Migration and Economic Development Partnership, which looks to stop migrants from dying from dangerous, illegal crossings to the UK.
In this video we hear from the Home Secretary, Priti Patel, Rwandan Government spokesperson Yolande Makolo and resettled refugees on how being resettled in Rwanda has changed their lives for the better.
Rwanda will welcome migrants and support them whilst they develop themselves by building a new, safe and prosperous life thanks to the partnership with the UK.
