500 grams of moose and 200 grams of pork, mixed beef/pork or wild boar
1,5 dl cream
1 grated/chopped yellow onion
1 teaspoons black or white pepper
2 teaspoons salt
1 tbsp butter to fry
Cream gravy recipe:
Brunsås recept:
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons wheat flour
3 dl water
1 1/2 tbsp beef stock
1 cup whipped cream
1/2 tbsp Chinese soy
salt and pepper
