I'm a wife of an Air Force Veteran, mom of 3 and middle child. I love doing creative projects and trying new, low carb meals. God and family are most important to me. I focus on healthy living: body, mind and spirit to be the best version of my self.
I am 5 months into low carb living and I'm down 30 pounds! I set realistic goals that I can maintain and have never felt better!
