Recipes:
Crispy chicken, Broccoli Rabe & Provolone Wraps:
-carb balance low carb burrito shells.
-lightly breaded chicken—I use the just bare brand
-slice of provolone cheese
-sautéed broccoli rabe
-spinach
-combine all ingredients into burrito shells. When ready to eat, reheat in microwave for 60 seconds
Apple Pie French Toast Bowls: 1 serving
-1/4 peeled diced apple
-1/4 cup egg white
-1/4 cup milk
-2 slices slow carb bread of choice
-1/2 tsp cinnamon
Crumb topping:
-1/2 tbsp butter
-1 tablespoon flour
-1 tablespoon brown sugar
-combine all but crumb topping ingredients. Once in pan, top with crumb topping. Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 15-20 mins
