Zombie Brow Moulds

Apologies that this isn't my usual quality of tutorial. I was super stressed and rushed trying to finish this up, and was working with a new material (ultra cal 30).
I made stone flat moulds with my zombie brows out of Ultra Cal 30, and ran them in gelatine. This is super easy and would recommend to people who don't want to spend the money on silicone.
I will also go through, in photos, how I did the jaw piece, but keep in mind that I don't have any experience with two-part moulds or Ultra Cal and so I made a lot of mistakes along the way, so I wouldn't recommend that you copied my technique for that. Instead, I'd recommend you check out Stuart Bray's coraline moulding video (and all of the coraline videos) as he actually knows what he is doing:

I'm uploading this video with the jaw info kept in because people have asked, so I don't want to completely ignore the answer to "how" but also try to let you know that I don't feel like it's tutorial-worthy because it's the wrong way to do a mould, plain and simple :P

FX grade gelatine recipe that I used:    • Making your own FX grade gelatine  

Materials:

-Floated-off sculpts (can flat mould them directly onto the tile if you don't have a face cast)
-Bathroom tile
-Water based clay
-Clear Lacquer (I used Crystal Clear)
-Release Spray (I used Stoner's Rapid Release)
-Ultra Cal 30

My Ultra Cal 30 bucket didn't have any info on it, reading up on it now I realised I should have been wearing gloves, a dust mask, glasses, and used a stick to mix it.

Ultra Cal 30 safety: When mixed with water, ultra cal undergoes a chemical reaction which causes it to harden and then slowly become very hot and highly alkaline (corrosive to skin like drain cleaner.) If mixed incorrectly this process can happen very rapidly.DO NOT attempt to make a mold enclosing any part of the body using this material. Failure to follow these instructions can cause severe chemical burns that may require surgical removal of affected tissue. Dust from products may cause eye, skin, nose, throat, or respiratory irritation. Use eye, skin, and respiratory protection in accordance with good industrial hygiene practices. Read MSDS of product for specific details.
