Coach Marshy also provides online strength and conditioning for running which can be part of a conditioning plan to complete at the gym or from your own home. We have created an online product which is suitable for all abilities and focuses on strength, power and endurance for running. This looks at increasing running performance, assisting with injury prevention and improving joint stability. We do this using an online portal and a social media support group.
