welcome to my third "GG Finale" series of videos, in which I REJECT GGWRITER'S REALITY AND REPLACE IT WITH MY OWN! also laugh at my attempt of making a 'happy' and 'fluffy' video instead of a package of girly angst like the last two vids i uploaded lol i mean. I TRIED TO BE OPTMISTIC SOMEHOW, OK?

what i really tried to show in this video is exactly what Safran told us before he got fired... dan and blair found each other. they were waiting for each other. somehow, it took six seasons, but it went from 'everything i hate about the upper east side' to 'dan loves me for me' and nothing can change that. their build-up was flawless, especially in season four, bounding over their broken hearts. dan's love for blair is beautiful. it's SO BEAUTIFUL. because he learned how to love her. he learned how to love someone COMPLETELY and WITHOUT QUESTION. he learned the meaning of 'unconditional'. he learned to see past everything he judged and hated. he'll always see her as the girl in the hallway. the girl that took him over. he might have been captured by Serena but it was Blair that taught him everything he knows about loving someone. he just wanted her to be happy. happiness. "do you know the last time i felt joy?", "i want real love, pure and simple love", 'i forgot what it was like just to have fun with a guy", he gave her everything. we all knew it would be CB in the end because of reasons (i don't wanna start an argument here) but my journey was perfect. it was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT. i wouldn't take it back for any so called 'epic' love. for me, DB were the epic ones. even more than NS.

sorry. I got carried on. lol I must say that flashingfly's AMAZING CE video to this song inspired me very much. so go check on that too. i'm not the biggest the fray fan but THIS SONG for me just fits DB like a glove especially because of the second part. "can she hear my heart coming through in the door between?", HAHAHA no, i mean, it fits exactly what dan feels for her. I'm never getting over.

I promise I have two more GG Finale vids (another DB - angsty one this time and another DBNS). I'm dedicating this one though to Vale and Maria, my best Dair friends in YT and LIFE. It was supposed to be a happy video. I just don't know why I am so sad.
