Easy to assemble IF you read directions. We didn't do that at first. So please watch the entire video, and then build it.

It does comes with everything you need including a little hammer with rubber mallet piece. We are using ours to holding shoes at the bottom and clothes at the top. It can be configured in multiple ways and can be ordered with a different number of pieces.

If you need extra closet space on a small budget, then this is something to consider. If you want to have extra strength get some small zip ties and zip up the connection points. Some will frown on this, and that is some of the complaints you see. Overall we are happy with it. We have had it for a few days and they are loaded with clothes, and are holding up well.
