So in this video I go through the process of putting together a 3D printed wire dipole centre, generally you'd use something like this with HF wire dipoles but I see no reason why you couldn't use it with a shorter VHF or UHF dipole, if you don't have access to a 3D printer then if you know someone that does then you could ask them to print that part for you.
For those interested my 3D printer is a Creality Ender 3 Pro with no modifications made, the filament on the machine at time of filming and making this is the Creality branded filament.
