STEPS TO FOLLOW IF MOD IS NOT WORKING:
before applying the mod, make sure to disable Vsync, Triple buffering
and change Graphics API to DX12
change NVIDIA DLSS to Quality or Ultra Quality
press END key on your keyboard and change the upscale type to FSR3
try to apply the V2 of fsr3 mod
remove all the files if you have any other mod related files that you previously installed.
