There's a need for a paradigm shift regarding water management and sustainability in South Africa.
This emerged during the Water Imbizo held in Pretoria yesterday. The gathering was hosted by Unisa in collaboration with the Water Research Commission and the Department of Water and Sanitation.
The aim is to provide a platform for critical conversations and collective thinking on the provision of tangible solutions towards existing water challenges in the country. For more, we bring into discussion Professor Anja du Plessis, Water Management researcher at UNISA and Professor Thabo Nkambule, Head of the university's Institute for Nanotechnology and water sustainability.
