We’re starting this new series with a cover of “Stay As You Are” by Fox Amoore & Pepper Coyote, from the album FA7.
This song has always resonated with us — its message of self-acceptance, honesty, and just being yourself feels very close to what we want our band to stand for.

The Rehearsal Room Sessions are like stepping into our kitchen: sometimes the recipe is messy, sometimes something spills, but in the end it comes together into something warm, raw, and full of flavor. You might hear little mistakes and rough edges here and there, that’s all part of the rehearsal charm. It’s about keeping things unfiltered and showing what it’s like when the music is still simmering.

Recorded live in our rehearsal room, this is as real as it gets: four friends, instruments, and the energy of sharing sound together. We’ll be using this series to serve up more intimate performances, experiments, and moments that don’t always fit on a stage or in a polished studio recording.
