An Epic Scotland MTB Trail To An Ancient Fort.

Описание: Scotland mountain biking at it's best. Stage 4 of a cross country mtb adventure to an ancient Scottish fort at the summit of Dumglow in Fife & Perth & Kinross. The Single track mtb too and from the summit is natural and great to ride. Mtb trail riding in this area really is a best kept secret. Most of the time I have it all to myself and rarely see anyone. Wonderful solitary mtb. I managed to catch some really nice Active Track drone footage on this trail. Mountain biking in the Cleish Hills is a remote and wonderful cross country experience.

This unusual fort, which occupies the west end of the summit area of Dumglow, on the northern fringe of the Cleish Hills, is configured as a promontory fortification, with its belt of four ramparts some 25m deep barring access from the east.The triangular interior measures about 150m from east to west by a maximum of 130m.
