BANANA OAT MEAL with apricot, cranberries, and pumpkin seeds
ingredients:
2 eggs, beat
1 cup brown sugar,
2 sticks or 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 and 3/4 cups old fashion oatmeal, or quick oats
1 large banana, mashed
1 tsp vanilla flavor,
2 cups all purpose flour,
1/2 cup dried cranberries,
1/2 cup dried apricot,
1½ tsp cinnamon powder,
1 tsp baking soda,
3/4 cup raw pumpkin seeds.
Method:
preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheits
Mix all dry and wet ingredients together and mix until all are well combined!
Drop mixture by small rounded spoonfuls onto a baking sheet. When done, bake cookies for 12 minutes.
